Help your students SPARKLE with this behavior incentive system. It’s easy to use, encourages positive behaviors and can be adapted to meet the needs of every student.

This toolbox is full of ideas that will help you focus on positive behaviors in your classroom. The SPARKLE system is simple, flexible and versatile. It’s based on catching kids following class rules or expectations. These positive behaviors lead to rewards.

SPARKLE is an acronym for; Students who are Prepared, Attentive, Respectful, Responsible and Keep Learning Everyday

In this packet you’ll find:

-Detailed teacher information, ideas and suggestions.

-Classroom decor signs for bulletin board displays.

-Punch cards, 10 and 20 punches

-Reward choices on cards that can be stored in a binder or as a menu. Blank cards and menu included so you can add your own reward choices.

-Gnome Patrol slips, Gnomes find desks that are neat and orderly!

-I saw someone ... nomination slips so students can catch classmates with positive behavior.

-Sparkle Award Tags- 32 different tags that cover positive character traits, academic achievements and positive behavior. There are also 8 blank tags so you can add your own brags.
