Positive Behavior Note Cards
Do you ever wonder if the positive notes you send home actually are read by the students’ parents? Well, wonder no more! With these positive behavior note cards, the student takes the note card home, the parent or guardian signs it, the student returns the signed note card to school and is given a small treat.
How to Use
Photocopy the positive note cards onto plain paper or cardstock and cut apart.
Store the cut apart note cards in an easily accessible small box or container.
When you have noticed positive behavior; improvement in academics, behavior, or attitude; or a student who has been a “bucket filler” (using kind words, helping a classmate, helping the classroom, school, or community), quickly fill out a positive note card and send it home with the student.
