Have you been looking for a way to track your students' behavior while providing him or her a concrete representation of how well he or she is following class procedures? This is the solution!
Each picture around the card represents one day of the quarter. For each day a student follows procedures, a picture is kept. When a student misbehaves, he or she receives a warning. If the behavior continues, a picture will removed with a hole punch. The card is designed to be printed on 4x6" index cards. Keep track of lost punches on the back of the card to create a record.
When to do the punch is at the teachers discretion; it can be done privately at the end of class or immediately following the transgression.
This has proven to be a wonderful classroom management tool in my middle school FACS classroom, but it would work wonderfully with elementary or high school students in any subject area.
NOTE: This file is editable so you can personalize the punch cards with your name and a photo that represents your subject area. The card currently has a MyPlate image and a sewing image to represent the 2 parts of my course.
