bundle includes 9 resources you can easily use in your classroom. Recognize students' positive behavior, success, or effort with a variety of different positive notes. Communicate good news with your students' parents and boost students' self-esteem through these notes!
Involve students in running your classroom by utilizing my Ask Me! expert tags and my V.I.P. nomination forms. Student "experts" wear the tags and help their classmates during centers, Daily 5, guided math, independent work, or while you pull a small group for intervention or enrichment. My student love nominating their classmates as our VIP of the week. You can use this for a VIP seating area, or as a "student of the week" recognition. The more involved they are in the process, the more buy-in your students will have with your various aspects of classroom management.
PBIS states that positive reinforcement must be given in a 5:1 ratio to be most effective (5 positive to one negative), but students need to hear more than just "good job!". This bundle includes multiple resources to help you give effective, positive feedback to your students. Record what behavior recognition, or what behavior support, you gave your students throughout the week with my editable data log. Use this to go back and see how close you are to that 5:1 ratio for each student, and to monitor and assess trends-Are there any students who are receiving far fewer positive recognitions than the majority of the class? Why? What can you do to help them?
The bundle includes:
