Description
For those Extreme Behavior Students or those who need some extra support between teacher and guardians, this Positive Focus Behavior Plan (works with PBIS schools too) works well.
How it Works:
The goal is to pick two areas that the student needs help succeeding in and one area that the child always does well in, be as specific as needed. Often times a child needs a goal that is very small, “I can do 2 math problems without interrupting”. This is a chance to tailor it to their needs.
This 1/2 sheet is sent home daily or as needed. I have students that will ask for them! It is quick and simple and you can fill it out through the day or as you walk out the door for pick up.
