This is a version of a Behavioropoly. However I wanted it to be positive and everything that could work toward, so I decided to create my own version. You can do so many different things with this board: the way we play in our third grade classroom is: if a child does what they are suppose to and doesn't get three "sign-in's" (our method of behavior managment) they get to roll on Friday. Whatever they roll that is how many spaces they move around the board. As you can see the prices range from small to large, so they want to get on around the board to get bigger and better prizes.
HOWEVER, if they do get three sign-in's in a week, they go to STOP. If they have to go to STOP, then the next week they start over at GO. If a student makes it all the way around the board by a specific deadline, we do a bigger treat.
Chance: if students land on a "Chance," they get to choose any prize that is behind it.
My third graders love this and look forward to it every week.
