I created this chart to properly fit the age group I personally teach. I teach high school moderate students. The positive reinforcement forms that I saw was not age appropriate for my students. I wanted to create something visual, but also appropriate for their interests, setting, and age group.
This is originally a Google Slide. To get the correct fonts and position it is best to upload this to your drive. However, it is in a form of a PPT so you can utilize it at your own leisure :)
This could be used for our students of all ages. and alter what is necessary.
Keep in mind that the cards have 8 placement holders, but boxes can be deleted if you do not wish to have 8 placements until a reward. Typically my students use 5-7 spaces until they earn a reward based on 5 minute check-in intervals and increase as they become more aware and accommodated to this activity.
** Thumbnails shows a different shape than originally designed, but double checked the PPT and it showed stars when downloaded (which is the original)***
