Discuss the meaning of gratitude.
Brainstorm different things we could be grateful for and write them in the speech bubbles. This can be done individually or with teacher support.
Focus: Recognising strengths in others
Discuss the importance of focussing on the positives and strengths of people. Students then walk around the room and write on 6 different peoples pages, personal qualities that they admire about others. Eg. You are always making others laugh. You never give up on Maths tasks. You always share during Sport. You include others etc.
