These cards are used to help promote positive self talk and mindfulness skills. These cards can be used in many therapies including DBT, CBT, and Interpersonal Therapy. There are sixty cards with different positive affirmations and thoughts. The cards are smaller than the size of a standard deck of cards. You can print these on cardstock and laminate them. They can be stored on a book ring and used in session or given to a child to read during a "calm down" time.
