End of the Year Positive Transitions and Mindful Memories is designed to help you to help your students have a great end to their school year and build positive anticipation for the upcoming school year.

Many students are anxious about the end of the and even more anxious when the new school year starts. I thought maybe if transitions were made easier, it may decrease some of the fears associated with ending a school year and beginning a new one.

This FREE set is for your students and for next year's teacher. It includes writing about friends, character traits and hobbies.

It is my hope that students will see that not only do they have friends in the current class with similar interests but that they will then find students in their new class with similar interests or that share ideas about what makes a good friend.
