Studies have shown that it is possible to rewire our brains to think positively. With a positive outlook we feel better, have better relationships, and work better. This daily worksheet puts the power of positive thinking into the hands and minds of your students. This activity done daily for at least 21 days will have your students on the lookout for positive experiences throughout their day, thus setting the stage for optimism, random acts of kindness and affirmative action. The items of gratitude may either be drawn by the student or written. The activity may also be incorporated into the literacy requirements of the curriculum. A positive daily affirmation is included and a bucket filler sheet as well.
This package has been updated to also include "Congratulations on a Fantastic Job" tickets and a wonderful group project called "The Tree of Positivity and Gratitude" which can be modified to suit a number of purposes and can be used year-round.
