Elementary music students will stay engaged as they visually and aurally practice identifying rhythms with this bundle of rhythmic music games. Music Post Office or You've Got Mail can be used for whole group instruction, centers, partners, small groups or for an assessment.
Included for each game:
★ Directions for play
★ A set of 12 rhythm patterns (on 3 pages) for all the games except Quarter Note/Quarter Rest which has 8 rhythm patterns (on 2 pages).
★ 30 Playing Sets (1 per student) is included in each game. Print the sets in color on white stock paper and laminate for durability. Place the 8 or 12 rhythms in an envelope (1 per student). Each set is clearly marked for easy identification just in case there is a card at the end of the day that is "lost" and needs to be refiled with the correct concept and envelope. If you have more than 30 students per class an additional set is included for each game without the "set" numbers so you can print an additional set and write a number on it.
★ An optional set of labels for each game is included which can be printed on Avery Address Labels 8160 (30 labels per sheet, 1” x 2 5/8”). Place a label on the envelopes for each game to help with the identification process if a card is "lost".
This bundle includes 12 music games each reinforcing a different rhythmic concept that are sold separately in my store. Purchase the bundle to save money!
An excellent observation or assessment tool to see which students might be struggling with the concept.
Please note that due to TpT file size restrictions 8 products and 8 label documents included in the bundle are hosted on a different site. Detailed instructions on how to access and download the additional products are included in this bundle in a READ FIRST pdf document. If TpT increases their file size restrictions the products will be moved to this bundle.
