This was made for a science test, that focuses on CRS standards. The students are given the question and the possible answer choices. They are then given specific sentence stems to help them figure out what the correct answer is, as well as figure out why the 2nd most popular answer choice is a distractor answer and not the real answer.
This can be done individually, small groups, or whole group. The students are actively making sense of the test they took and given a second chance to make sure that they mastered the skills.
