Product Description

This editable Google Form is a survey to be given to Spanish students at the end of a unit. Based on best practices in proficiency-based learning, growth mindset, and reflective teaching, the reflection form collects information about:

  • Learning Objectives: Students evaluate themselves based on the current unit's Can Do statements and the next unit's Can Do statements so that you can plan your instruction accordingly.
  • Learning Materials: Students list which materials, techniques, and lessons were most and least helpful to their learning that unit, which allows you to tweak your instruction moving forward.
  • Student Goal Strategies: Students are asked to evaluate what they're doing well and what they can do better on their way to their language learning goals, reinforcing the growth mindset framework no matter what their grade is.
  • Teacher-student relationships: Students are given an opportunity to give the teacher any comments, questions, or suggestions that might be helpful to their learning, giving you an opportunity to continue to build relationship with students throughout the year.

This Google Form is editable and can be adapted to your classroom. The Can Do statements are intentionally left blank so that you can input your own learning objectives for each unit.
