Monitor their goals and keep track of their accomplishments!
Just write the students name in the line and copy/print front to back for a one page goal/data tracker! Use sticky notes for individualized goals!
Do you use sticky notes to track students goals to hold them accountable for their learning?
This is a great way to track students achievements!
As early as kindergarten this resource helps to promote effort and accountability.
I also use it as a parent/teacher communicator to keep families up-to-date on students individualized goals!
Ideas for use:
Write on sticky-note during small group or conference and place on their goal sheet for differentiated goals.
When students have mastered their goal, take the sticky note off and place it on the class achievement board. Write on the back of their goal tracker with the date the goal was mastered for their parents to see.
This product is great to use for Lucy Calkin's Units of Study sticky-notes!
How I use them:
I create teacher-made sticky notes using clip-art on paper and cut them out. I then use re-stickable glue to create my own sticky-notes according to common core standards. Once student have mastered their goal, it is celebrated and placed on the students' achievement board for the class to see. Then during conferences, I refer to their achievement board to discuss the goals their child has mastered. Along with the sticky-notes, I use correlated checklist to track data which corresponds to the Common Core Standards.
**This product is only editable for those who have a Macbook's Pages. Just Download KG Kindergarten Font for personal use to match the font. I can email this to you upon request. All other uses can write student's name in line.**
(I do not know how to make it compatible with Microsoft Word.)
