We started implementing PBIS about a year ago. I made these posters at the beginning of the year to support the expectations we have in place. We go over the expectations at nauseum! After discussing what each one looks like and sounds like, I group the kids up in teams and they illustrate what they look like and sound like on speech bubbles and thought bubbles. They take a lot of pride in these and sign their name on each one. This promotes ownership over their classroom and really makes them feel empowered. We refer to these all year long!
