PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Check out this fun activity for teaching how potential energy changes to kinetic! Use the free website link below for a short video and downloadable materials/directions for creating your own slingshot.

The inquiry page I have created goes along with this activity. Students will use this activity sheet to record the distances their sling shot projected their object, and will replace the toilet paper rolls with paper towel rolls, to see how the energy forms increased.

**You'll need toilet paper and paper towel rolls, duct tape, a hole punch, a pen, a stubby pencil, scissors, and a marshmallow or small ball for each group.
