### PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Now that students have mastered graphing of individual points on the Cartesian Plane, they advance to graphing linear equations with two variables.

* With each line having an infinite set of points, students are asked to find three points to satisfy a given equation.

^ They learn what "Function Form" is and are able at the conclusion of the lesson to manipulate an equation from standard form to function form.

* Once the equation is in function form, students make a table and find values for x and y that will serve as solutions to the equation.

* The ordered pairs, or solutions, are then graphed on the Cartesian Plane.

* The final portion of the lesson is a real-life situation involving an individual training for a triathlon and the number of calories burned while training.

* Students find the lesson both challenging and an "infinite" pleasure all at the same time!
