I use this powerpoint as guided practice examples in class after I introduce projectile problems. It's nice to just click a button as I walk around the room to see which students need help but won't ask!
It is 3 basic problems with animated steps that show the solution step by step.
You can see the 3 completed problems on my preview page.
One thing to note ---- unlike many textbooks, I choose my frame of reference depending on the problem.....so g isn't always -9.8, it can be +9.8. And I always go back to basic kinematic equations --- not the derived range equation or "equations" for time.
I find that even my college prep classes need a lot of practice to master projectiles.
