I love using pair, quiz, trade cards in the classroom.
It's easy to use :)
1.) Print page 1 on green paper and page 2 on red paper
2.) Cut out the cards and hand them equally to the students
3.) Tell the students that they are either multiplying or dividing by the powers of ten (your choice as a teacher)
4.) Have the students circle the room and pair up with a different color than their own
5.) Have the students solve the problem on a white board or scratch paper
6.) The students will trade cards then find another partner
I usually have the students carry around a white board and marker to write and solve the equation.
