Students can work alone or in groups to analyze which powers belong to the national government (expressed/implied powers), state government (reserved powers), and both national and state governments (concurrent powers).

Page 2: There are two tables on this page. The first one is the answer key. The second one is for the actual activity.
Directions: Print out the sheets based on how many you will need. Cut the larger table with the answer choices. Place them in sandwich bags. During the lesson, hand out the table on page one to each person or group. Give each person or group a sandwich bag with the answer choices. You can check their answers using the answer key.
