PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is just a template for students to analyze an argument given in a persuasive (argumentative) speech. Basically, you as the teacher go onto ted.com and pick 3 talks that are relevant for your students to listen to. They range in length from 6-45 minutes, so be careful on the ones that you choose to show them. These speeches are easy to follow, and most of them are given by engaging people using an argumentative structure. It really helps kids to figure out what an argument is, and how it works, before you have them start writing their own.
