This one's pretty straightforward. The assignment simply requires that students write a review of something - of anything.

The idea is that they're practicing the use of specific writing conventions - manipulating sentence structure, hyperbole, understatement, rhetorical questions, metaphor, antithetical structure, parallelism, etc. - in the review itself.
