This "no prep" packet can be used as a whole-group activity, centers, or an individual activity. It is perfect for your Pre-K students during the month of January and includes 40 printables! Since National Popcorn Day is in January... there are several fun printables included to use on that day.

New Year Patterns: Cut and paste to finish the pattern (ABA, ABC)
January Patterns: Cut and paste to finish the pattern (ABB, ABA)
Popcorn Patterns: Cut and paste to finish the pattern (ABA, ABC, ABB)
Count and Dot: Practice counting numbers 0-5
Count and Dot: Practice counting numbers 5-10
Number Order: Cut and paste to place the numbers 1-8 in order
Colorful Shapes: Follow the color code and sort 3 different shapes (square, triangle, circle)
Color by Number: Follow the color code as you color the picture
Count and Color: Count the correct number of blocks and color
Counting Kernels: Count popcorn kernels and record the number on the popcorn container (numbers 1-10)
Roll & Sort: Roll a die and then color in the snowflake with the matching number
Pop, Roll & Color! Roll a die and then color in the popcorn kernel with the matching number inside
Find the Smallest Snowflake: Look at several snowflakes and color in the smallest one
Number Order: Cut and paste the numbered snowmen in the correct order (1-8)

Find the Tallest Tree: Compare and color in the tallest trees.

Dot the Beginning Sound: Dot the beginning letter for the picture
Mitten Match: Cut and paste to match upper and lowercase letters
Find the Rhyme: Look at the picture and color in the snowball that rhymes
Kernel Sort: Cut and paste to sort upper and lowercase letters
It's Snowing ABCs: Fill in the missing letters
New Year Letter Match: Draw a line to match each uppercase and lowercase letter
Temperature Sort: Cut, sort and paste images that are hot and cold
We've Got Dreams Too: Picture prompt (teacher writes response)
This Year I Will : Picture prompt (teacher writes response)
Opposites: Cut and paste to match the opposite pictures
Snowy Syllables: Look at the picture and color in the snowflake that shows the correct number of syllables
Gray: Color in objects that are the color gray
More with Opposites: Cut and paste the pictures to match the opposites
Rhyming Mittens: Cut and paste to match the pictures that rhymes
Hibernation: The teacher will read the sentences about hibernation. Then, the students will cut and paste to sort pictures of animals to show if they are hibernators or not.
There Was an Old Lady Who Swallowed Some Snow: After listening to the story, cut and paste to put the images in the correct sequence
Martin Luther king Jr. The teacher will read the sentences about Martin Luther King Jr. Then, the students can color in his picture.
More Rhyming Mittens: Cut and paste to match the rhyming mittens.
