This quick 2 page assessment (two version) is an easy way to track data for pre-writing lines! The norms are at the top of each page so you can easily track.
–The first column is gray shaded lines.
–The second is dots for student to connect
–The third column is for student to draw the lines / shapes.
–The fourth column is for you to write notes and/or check off how much prompting you gave the student.
