This chemistry homework page is perfect for students to use to practice predicting the products in a decomposition reaction. The top part of the page asks students to review the categories of decomposition commonly covered in first year chemistry (carbonates, chlorates, binary compounds, acids, and bases). Then the bottom of the page gives the students different reactions and they write the products and balance. This page is intended for higher level chemistry students.
