Description

Memorizing prefixes and suffixes with worksheets gets boring year after year. Get your students up and moving around the room with this fun "scavenger hunt" activity instead! This is an engaging way for students to practice common affixes and their meanings during a word analysis skills unit or any time your students need a little extra practice.

This resource is easy to use! Just print and cut the task cards and display them around the room or hallway. Students move from card to card as they search for the answer to each question.

This resource includes:

  • 24 colorful task cards
  • 24 printer-friendly task cards (same questions)
  • student answer sheet
  • answer key
  • directions for preparation and use
