This file contains 55 questions for Spanish 1 students. These can be used as bell work questions, speaking practice questions or as an oral exam.
For bell work, I get the numbers together on sticky notes and let the students draw 2 numbers as they walk into the classroom. Then, I hand out the question sheets and they answer only the numbered questions that they drew. This way, no 2 students have the same questions and it makes them really rely on their knowledge to correctly answer the questions. I require that they write 2 complete sentences per question. This also stretches their thinking because say, for example, they get the question "¿A qué hora empieza la escuela?", this question is easily answered in one sentence and then they have to get creative with what they will say for their second sentence.
If you're going to use it for an oral exam, I would recommend providing the students with the questions a few days before the exam, allowing them to choose 10 or so questions that they will know how to answer and then you randomly choosing from the 10 questions that they have selected for their exam.
Can be used for Spanish 1 or as a review/practice for Spanish 2.
