Have your students use role playing to help prepare them for job interview questions, and answer questions about knowing what to do and what not to do, as well as a list of appropriate accommodations for persons with cognitive disabilities (and some for motor and vision).
These have been used with teens and young adults with developmental disabilities applying for jobs during and after high school.
Use in 1:1 or group role playing.
Accommodations have been suggested by JAN - the Job Accommodations Network, who have additional information on their website.
