- 24 total target pictures for “behind,” “in,” and “under.”

- Each target preposition has an animal hiding either behind, in, or under familiar objects.

Ideas

-- Ask “Who is hiding behind/in/under the (item)?” and have the child answer by handing the correct card from a field of 2+ choices and answer with the animal’s name.

- Can also be used to address “where” questions.

- Ask the child to describe a shown picture – this can be used to expand utterances, work on fluency, and address prepositions.

- Print two copies to play games like Go Fish or Memory

- 12 pages with 2 pictures of ‘next to” “on,” and “in front of” on each page. The word “beside” or “by” could be interchanged with “next to and “above” interchanged with “on.”

- 24 total target pictures for “next to,” “on,” and “in front of.”

- Each target preposition has an animal hiding either next to, on, or in front of familiar objects. Each page has a different animal in each square so pages can be used whole without being cut. Some pages have repeated objects for increased challenge.
