Product Description

Are you looking for a fun activity to see what your students know about prepositions? Then try this engaging gallery walk that gets kids up and moving...and thinking! I love to use this resource as a pre-assessment tool to see what my kiddos already know, but it could also be used as an introductory exercise, too. Because this is meant to be a BEGINNER'S level activity, there is only one prepositional phrase in each of the 18 sentence cards. Students are asked to identify the preposition and the object of the preposition in each sentence.

Helpful hint: If you'd rather not have full-page cards, you may be able to print two cards per page simply by adjusting your printer settings. Depending on the type of printer you use, if you go to your print screen and select the "Page Size and Handling" option (or "Print Preferences" screen), you can choose how many slides you'd like to print per page. PLEASE NOTE: This option may not be available for all printers.
