Product Description
Teach prepositions with this engaging and hands-on resource. This bundle includes five days of mini lessons, anchor charts, class games with recording sheets, an interactive notebook page, task cards, puzzles, a craft, and a quick assessment. This is a complete hands-on mini unit that will add fun and excitement to your classroom.

I am a believer in a hands-on approach to teaching. Students learn when they are deeply engaged in the learning process. But, what does it mean to be hands-on in reading class? From my experience with reading instruction, my students learn best when they are reading, talking about what they are reading, conversing with their friends, moving, and involved in deep discussion. Students learn so much from each other and I believe that a reading classroom should be anything but silent.

Included in this unit:
-Five days of lesson plans/mini lessons
-Anchor chart ideas
-Preposition Printable {Select a preposition, use it in a sentence, illustrate the sentences.}
-Interactive Notebook Page
-Match Up Preposition Game with Recording Sheet
-Preposition Task Cards and Recording Sheet (I tape the task cards around my classroom and students walk around to complete their recording sheets.)
-Preposition Puzzles (These puzzles can be used in a center but I like to play the game with my whole class. Every child gets a puzzle piece and they must work together to complete their puzzle. There are four pieces in each puzzle – preposition, definition, sentence, picture
