The preschool assessment materials pack contains all you need to assess, record and report pre-academic skills for 3 to 4 year old and 4 to 5 year old preschoolers.
Revised August 2018 to include some options for editing. This product is not fully editable. Additional teaching materials were added.
This pack includes:
Assessment recording sheets (3 to 4 year olds and 4 to 5 year olds)
Parent report sheet (3 to 4 year olds and 4 to 5 year olds)
Materials for assessing:
Color recognition
Number recognition
Shape recognition
Letter recognition
Letter sounds
Cutting
Writing
Following directions
Positional and quantitative concepts
*Additional teaching materials for color, letters, shapes and concepts were added.
