Students analyze authentic comics and internet memes containing the present perfect forms. First, they have to find the form of haber and the past participle in each comic/meme. Then, students practice guessing in context and interpreting the comics and why they're funny. I include follow-up questions that relate to the meme/comic and use the present perfect to help generate classroom conversation and participation. This is a great attention, co-construction, or extension activity to use when teaching the present perfect!
