This CLOZE style activity uses the song "Caraluna" by Bacilos.
I play the song for my students before giving them the worksheet. Then, I pass out the worksheet and let them fill in the blanks as they listen to the song. The great thing about this is that, while the singer sings relatively fast, the chorus is repeated several times which allows the students more time to get the blanks filled in.
The great thing about using music in Spanish class is that once you have played the song several times, the students begin to memorize it. They then begin to imitate pronunciation. These song activities are EXCELLENT for helping students with pronunciation, listening and writing!
The video can be found on YouTube and it is a really catchy and fun song!
