Included are three different activities to do right before and then following the presidential election.
1) Activity to evaluate the candidates and choose the best one for the job.
-Includes a chart to appraise and compare each candidate based on experience, endorsements, education, and position on three different issues. (two different versions of this available--one for major party cadidates and one that includes two third party cadidates)

2) Activity to synthesize historical polling data with most recent polling data to predict who will win become the next president.

These exercises were designed with High School Government/Civics students in mind, but they would probably also work with a US History class, and probably with some advanced middle school students.
