PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This is the perfect activity for a Government class to review Presidential elections and Supreme Court procedures. Students will participate in a simulation allowing them to elect a President and argue the Texas v. Johnson (flag burning) Supreme Court case. This is always my class's favorite activity from the whole semester, because they get to actively participate and play the part of President, Senator, Electoral College, lawyer, or Chief Justice. This is the perfect example of learning by doing, and students that rarely talk will come out of their shell and have a great time playing their part. This includes a detailed 16 step approach for successfully implementing this activity.
