Presidents of the United States Facts Game is a deck of 70 question cards. The questions on these cards cover all the presidents of the United States from George Washington to Donald Trump.
Each president appears on at least one card; some appear on several. Each card has an image of a President of the United States, two questions, and one answer. The answer to both questions is the name of the president whose picture is shown on the card.
The 5-point questions cover topics ranging from the accomplishments of the presidential administrations to unique facts about their lives before and after their presidencies. The 1-point question is read only if the player answers the first question incorrectly. The 1-point question on each card asks the player to identify the president by his initials. This will increase the players' ability to recognize the names of the U. S. Presidents while addressing the differentiated interest and experience levels of the students.
This is a fun way for your students to learn about the presidents.
Also included is a list of the presidents with a portrait of each one which the students can use while playing the game.
Two to four players or teams can play this game. It works well for small group work or as a whole class activity.
Teachers have permission to print the number of cards and lists of Presidents needed for their instructional use. All photographs in the game are in public domain in the United States.
