This task card set contains 36 cards that are in multiple choice format. Each card presents the students with a word or phrase that generally indicates the use of either the preterit or the imperfect tense. The students then select the whether or not the preterit or the imperfect tense should be used with the phrase.
This set can be used as stations, a quiz, an individual review of thepreterit and imperfect words and phrases, extra credit, or as an activity for fast finishers. It can also make the ideal sub plan! An answer key and a task card guide that can alternatively be used as a worksheet are included.
