This is a behavior plan geared toward children from early childhood to about fourth grade depending on maturity level. The plan allows for no more than three desired behaviors (it's best to focus on one-three behaviors, and no more) to begin with. Seven out of nine represents 75% of desired behavior. The same is true for nine out of 12.
The plan is broken up into two blocks to allow for rewards that could include (additional computer time, tangible prize box items, bite size candy, ipad time, playing a game with the teacher, etc.). It is important to reflect on the progress after each time block. This doesn't have to take long (1-2 minutes at most). If the student did not demonstrate the desired behavior, you would have them circle the "tools" that is a visual that they need to fix their behavior or use a fix -it plan.
