Three reproducible behavior charts are attached with an explanation page. Each chart is printed twice on it's page to save copy paper when copying these for a child. One chart should be used per day.
The charts have simplistic wordings and graphics for children to understand.
One chart involves reaching a goal with home and school rewards.
The other two charts involve implementing school/learning behaviors to earn "happy faces" that cane be traded in for a prize of your choice at the desired number of faces you set.
All of these charts have been extremely helpful to me and are easy to implement in an inclusion class as well as in small pullout classes, resource room, self-contained, and BSI.
