This no prep lesson and guided notes on prime factorization is a research based, engaging, and classroom tested solution for the busy teacher. Guided notes are a research based, engaging, and proven method for increasing learning outcomes. I have used this resource in my 6th grade classroom with great success. Each section in the lesson has three examples for “I do, we do, and you do.”

Included:

  • 2 versions of the PowerPoint Lesson. Version 1 requires less writing by the teacher. Version 2 is a student led version that can be adapted to student input.
