Some students understand prime and composite numbers quickly, while others are left needing more practice. I have created a packet with materials to be used either in a whole group setting or in a small, reteach/extra practice setting. These activities also work great in math centers!
This packet includes:
2 colorful posters that include definitions of prime and composite numbers
1 critical thinking number sort activity - great for whole or small group
1 colorful poster with Rule of Divisibility
4 student Rules of Divisibility reference cards - color and B/W
1 worksheet - students find the factors of the numbers, then determine if they number is prime or composite
1 number maze - students work their way through the number maze by identifying the prime numbers.

To correct the Rules of Divisibility Poster error, please see the free download of the same poster with the error fixed. It can be found in my TPT store, or copy and paste the following link into your address bar.
