Prime and Composite Popcorn is a 2-player game that allows students to practice identifying prime and composite numbers. Players roll a die and follow the code to identify a prime or composite number in the popcorn box. The first player to identify all the popcorn in his box correctly wins the game. A blank game board template is included for extended play as the teacher can differentiate the activity by including different numbers. An answer key containing all prime and composite numbers from 1-100 is also included for self check. A great math center or whole group game! This activity meets or exceeds the Common Core Standards of Mathematics.
