In this package are 5 fun, engaging and challenging games which use student’s understanding of multiples, factors, primes and squared numbers. They are all printer ink saving and simply require printing and they are ready to play! All of the games are straightforward to play so could be used during a lesson time, as a math center or as an extension activity for early finishers. The games can be played in small groups of 2, 3 or 4. They are great for homework as well.
The games are:
*Primes, Multiples, Squares: Tell the other players if the number you have landed on is a prime number, squared number or is a multiple and which numbers are its factors.
*Spot the Prime: Tell the other players if the number you have landed on is a prime number or a multiple and which numbers are its factors.
*Spot the Square: Tell the other players if the number you have landed on is a squared number.
*Square or square root it: Square (²) or square root (√) the number you have landed on and tell the other players your new number.
*Factor Pairs: Tell the other players a pair of factors for the number you have landed on. You can move forward one extra space if you can name another factor pair for that number.
