Product Description
This lesson borrows directly for Math Class: The Golden Ratio (1:1.618). It involves students making golden rectangles of various sizes/proportions, and arranging them in an interesting composition. The design may be further embellished by adding other elements such as colour, texture, and cut-outs (making negative space into a positive element). Coloured tissue could be applied to those negative spaces for additional effect.

This is a Middle School level or higher project.

It also connects with other Art lessons that incorporate Math (Geometry). CLICK HERE.
