These print-and-go rhythm flashcards are for teaching students the names, durations, and "what they say" using the Ta-Ka-Di-Mi method (i.e. Four 16th notes say "takadimi").
Use this for your classroom instruction or as an emergency sub plan, too! All you have to do to make this a sub lesson is print off each level you want your sub to teach, share the mini-lesson link (included in download), and you're finished!

Each flashcard has a note or rest on one side. On the back, it has the name of the note, the duration of the note, and what it says ta-ka-di-mi style. If you prefer another counting method and love this product, let me know! Each level progresses in difficulty. Level 1 is great for 1st and 2nd graders (and some brilliant kindergartners!). Level 5 is upper elementary to adult.
