What educators are saying

I have these in my morning boxes. It is so fun to watch the students doing yoga poses in the morning. Many of the students take this time very seriously to stretch and breathe.
My learners absolutely loved these! I wasn't sure how they'd engage with yoga but they looooove this resource, and its super easy for relievers to pick up when you're out too, thank you!

** Google Slides TM version has been added to this resource to support distance learning.

Once students know certain positions, they can be prompted to engage in this as an independent coping strategy. Great for a calm corner, added to a coping skills toolbox, or a brain break jar. This resource is perfect for elementary school staff including classroom teachers, special education teachers, school counselors, school psychologists, and others interested in bringing mindful calming strategies into the classroom.
