Students identify the problem and solution from a text as well as five events. This graphic organizer can be used with complete sentences or bullet points. In younger grades, one sentence per box would suffice, but you could have older grades write two to three sentences per box. For younger students or those who struggle with writing, you could have them write the problem and solution but illustrate the five events.
