Product Description
Simple, yet so effective.

This is a 2- sided worksheet that I developed to support students in working through just about any situation.

*It is often difficult to verbally process through a situation when we are upset. Sliding this worksheet over to the individual with a brief explanation and some time to relax with a stress ball, kinetic sand or other tangible stress reliever can be instrumental in allowing one to calm down enough to write or draw pictures to answer these questions.

One side focuses on identifying what happened, associated feelings and what they wish someone else would/ could, do/ say to be supportive.

The other side focuses on identifying what happened, their own perspective, determining if it is helpful or harmful and exploring alternate perspectives.

This tool can be adapted for any age or ability level through changing vocabulary and/or adding pictures.

This can be easily used with those you know well and those whom you don't know at all. This can also be used as a communication tool to update other involved parties when appropriate.

This can also be effectively used by principals or administrators following a disruption to the school day.
